Six Steps:
1. Don’t be entitled. You’re not special. Your problems don’t make you unique or privileged.

2. Suffer for the right reasons: your values. Good values are: reality-based, socially constructive, immediate, and controllable.

3. Take responsibility for your situation, you have a choice. If you don’t like who or where you are, do something about it.

4. Be comfortable being uncertain. Question everything, especially yourself and your values.

5. Failure leads to success. Enjoy the process.

6. Contemplate your own mortality. It is a given, therefore there is nothing to be afraid of when pursuing your goals and values.
