Vivimos en una era repleta de desconcentraciones. Tenemos que elegir una de las tantas carreras para estudiar, tenemos que elegir que ven nuestros ojos de miles de cosas que nos dicen que volteemos a ver y escuchar y el autor le dice “they want you to give a fuck about them” y ha pasado una década de estar escuchando a COACHES y a gurús que deberíamos todos ser felices. ¿pero porque no somos felices de estar vivos?
¿Por qué somos tantos los que estamos estresados \u200b\u200by no sentimos los logros?
El autor Mark Manson nos dice que estamos estresados y no somos felices porque estamos tratando de hacer de todo. Tenemos tantas opciones que nos volvemos locos tratando de concentrarnos en todo. Entonces que debemos de hacer para vivir bien?
Es porque estamos tratando de hacerlo todo. Tenemos tantas opciones abiertas para nosotros, y terminamos concentrándonos en todas nuestras diferentes opciones y oportunidades todo el tiempo y eso es estresante. El autor dice que no hay que mandar todo al caño, pero si escoger bien en lo que quieras enfocarse en ella. Aquí te diré cómo escoger bien.
también habla de la muerte, y dice que la muerte no debe ser temida; Aquí te diré
Cómo encontrar tu propósito en la vida; y
Cómo darle la bienvenida al fracaso.
